If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to obtain a refund, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your package. We will not make any adjustments after the stated time period. Shipping charges are not refunded and items shipped free may incur up to $25 restocking fee. Returned items must be in original packaging and must not be altered in any way. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
